Design Ignites Change was recently featured in an article published on Fast Company’s website. The article was a synopsis of a talk given by Worldstudio principals, Andréa Pellegrino and Mark Randall, at the Y Conference produced by AIGA San Diego.
Mark Randall is one of thirty designers featured in the January issue of Graphic Design USA magaine. Each year GD USA chooses a group of People To Watch who embody the spirit of the creative community. The criteria: individuals who have become known and respected for a combination of talent, leadership, success, insight, business savvy, community service and newsworthiness.
DK Holland interviewed Mark Randall about the Urban Forest Project for Communication Arts‘ November 2008 issue. The article discusses the process of innovation by presenting several case studies including Dave Egger’s 826 National tutoring program and stores, Good Magazine, Need magazine and the development of the Urban Forest Project as a collaborative and sustainable public art project.
